Storage-Oh Reports June Occupancy Rates and Expansion Plans

TOKYO, Jul 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Storage-oh CO.,LTD. (2997.T) disclosed its monthly performance metrics for June 2026, including occupancy rates, store openings and closures, and future expansion plans.

In June, the company reported an overall occupancy rate of 62.6%, with room counts increasing to 13,234 units compared to 13,199 units in May. New stores opened included the Setagaya Okazawa Trunk Room with 52 rooms, Maebashi Motozoso Trunk Room with 41 rooms, Nagaoka Iwafune Trunk Room with 32 rooms, and Kurikoma Trunk Room with 24 rooms.

Looking ahead, the company plans to open several new locations throughout the remainder of 2026 and early 2027. Upcoming openings include the Kakegawa Hiroe 5-chome Trunk Room in July, Shuzenya Trunk Room in August, Kiwakawa Trunk Room and Takamatsu Kita Trunk Room in September, and Shinuyama Trunk Room also in September.

Additionally, Yokohama Kenishi Trunk Room is scheduled to open in October, while Kawasaki Sakae Trunk Room is set to debut in January 2027.
