Star Flyer Reports June Passenger Traffic and Operations Results

TOKYO, Jul 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Star Flyer Inc. (9206.T) reported its passenger traffic and operations results for June 2026.

In the domestic sector, the total number of passengers was 121,228, representing a decrease of 12.7% compared to the previous year. The seat utilization rate fell by 5.9 percentage points to 73.4%. Notably, the Fukuoka-Tokyo route saw a slight increase in seat utilization to 91.6%, while the overall number of flights decreased by 1.1%.

In international routes, due to suspension since March 11, 2020, no performance data or year-over-year comparisons are available. Domestic routes such as the Kitakyushu-Haneda and Fukuoka-Haneda lines experienced varying levels of decline in seat utilization rates, ranging from a drop of 7.3 percentage points to a rise of 1.9 percentage points. The company also highlighted that the Fukuoka-Nagoya route began operations on October 03, 2025.
