Skylark Holdings Issues Sixth Unsecured Corporate Bond
TOKYO, Jul 24 (Pulse News Wire) – Skylark Holdings CO.,LTD. (3197.T) announced the issuance of its sixth unsecured corporate bond.
The total amount of the bonds is ¥20.00 billion. Each bond carries a face value of ¥100 million, with an aggregate issue price of ¥20.00 billion. The interest rate is set at 2.564% per annum, payable semi-annually on January 30 and July 30. Principal repayment will occur on July 30, 2031. Proceeds from the bond issuance will be used for equipment investment and debt refinancing.
The funds raised aim to diversify financing methods and stabilize the company's finances. The bonds are unsubordinated and unguaranteed, with no collateral or reserved assets specifically allocated for their benefit. Mizuho Bank acts as the financial agent, while the Securities Depository Trust Corporation serves as the registrar. The lead underwriters for this issuance are Nomura Securities Co., Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Morgan Stanley Shouken Kabushiki Kaisha, Mizuho Securities Co., and SMBC Nikko Securities Co. The credit rating assigned to the bonds is A- by Japan Credit Rating Agency.
