Shikino High-Tech Appoints New Directors; Changes Set for June 24 Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, Apr 28 (Pulse News Wire) – Shikino High-tech CO.,LTD. (6614.T) resolved at its April 28 board meeting to appoint new directors effective June 24, pending approval at the upcoming shareholders’ general meeting.

New appointments include Minoru Machino as director and Tomomi Machida as outside director. Departing directors are Kazuhiko Kishi and Yukio Miyamoto.

The revised board structure includes Hiroyasu Takahashi continuing as president and CEO, Toshiaki Chudayama as executive vice president and management head, Takuya Furukawa as executive vice president and electronics division head, and Hiroki Kuwata as director and production department head. Minoru Kobayashi joins as executive officer and quality assurance supervisor, while Renatarou Takayanagi and Natsuki Hoshino remain as non-executive directors.
