SBS Holdings Subsidiaries to Change Names in October

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – SBS Holdings,inc. (2384.T) announced that two subsidiaries, Bridgestone Logistics Co., Ltd.

And Towa Unyu Co., Ltd., will change their names effective October 1, 2026. The changes aim to reflect their roles within the SBS Group and emphasize their commitment to addressing industry challenges through innovative logistics solutions. Under the new names, Bridgestone Logistics Co., Ltd. will become SBS TIRE FRONTIER Co., Ltd., headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo, with capital of ¥400 million. Similarly, Towa Unyu Co., Ltd. will be renamed SBS TIRE FRONTIER TRANSPORT Co., Ltd., based in Tochigi, Nasushiobara Shi Kitayaroku with capital of ¥15 million. It specializes in general freight transportation, cargo utilization services, and related businesses. The president and CEO is Mr. Kouji Sugiyama. Both companies plan to formally decide on these changes during their respective extraordinary shareholders' meetings scheduled for September 2026.
