Sansha Electric Manufacturing Announces Board and Audit Committee Candidates for Annual Meeting

TOKYO, May 08 (Pulse News Wire) – Sansha Electric Manufacturing CO.,LTD. (6882.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to nominate candidates for directors and alternate auditors for the upcoming 92nd regular shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 24, 2026.

The nominees for directors are: - Yoshimura Hajimu, currently serving as representative director, nominated for reappointment; - Yamuchi Tokushi, currently serving as representative director, nominated for reappointment; - Zumoto Hiroshi, currently serving as director, nominated for reappointment; - Katsuima Hajime, currently serving as director, nominated for reappointment; - Ina Kouichi, currently serving as outside director, nominated for reappointment; and - Nishioka Eriko, currently serving as outside director, nominated for reappointment. Additionally, the candidate for alternate auditor is Ogata Masako, who was admitted to the bar in October 2001 and joined the Osaka City Waterworks Bureau as a harassment external specialist consultant in April 2015.
