S E Corp Discloses Details on Affiliated Company Nusec

TOKYO, June 08 (Pulse News Wire) – S E Corporation (3423.T) disclosed details regarding its affiliated company, Limited Company Nusec. As of March 31, 2026, Nusec holds 36.51% of the voting rights, consisting of 36.26% directly owned shares and 0.24% aggregated shareholdings.

Nusec operates primarily in securities holding and trading activities but maintains a personal relationship through the concurrent role of its representative director, Mr. Morimoto Mineo, who also serves as the chairman of S E Corporation.

Despite this connection, S E Corporation emphasizes that there is no operational overlap or constraints between the two entities, ensuring their independence. Regarding future plans, S E Corporation stated there are currently no anticipated changes in the corporate group structure involving Nusec.
