TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Beat Holdings Limited (9399.T) announced on August 03 that it received notice from the Atari Group, consisting of shareholder Khoo Jie Xiong, Atari Capital Limited holding his shares of 100%, Focus Magic Limited, Xinhua Games (HK) Limited, and Wan Tse Shuen, to withdraw their shareholder proposal submitted on June 13, 2025. The withdrawn proposal was previously disclosed on June 16, 2025.
