RISE Sets Shareholder Meeting Dates for August 31

TOKYO, Jul 29 (Pulse News Wire) – RISE Inc. (8836.T) announced today that it has finalized the dates and times for its upcoming shareholder meetings.

According to the resolution made during the board meeting held on July 29, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and Class A Preferred Shareholders' Meetings will take place on Monday, August 31, at 10:00 AM. Additionally, the Class A Preferred Shareholders' Meeting will commence earlier at 9:00 AM.

The meetings will be held at Conference Room 3F-1, Tokyo Toranomon Global Square, located at 3-1, Toranomon 3-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo. The agenda items for the meetings include amendments to the articles of incorporation and the appointment of a director for the Extraordinary General Meeting.
