Renova Reports June Power Generation Figures

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Renova,inc. (9519.T) reported its power generation figures for June.

In the first half of 2026, the company's total planned solar photovoltaic power generation capacity reached 374 MW, while biomass power generation stood at 445 MW. Actual electricity sales for June amounted to 104 GWh, representing a 7% decrease compared to the previous month but a 10% increase year-over-year. For the entire fiscal year, the company forecasts a cumulative planned power generation capacity of 3,162 GWh across various renewable energy sources. However, due to operational constraints such as maintenance activities and weather conditions, some facilities experienced reduced output during the reporting period.

In June, Renova implemented power curtailment measures at several sites upon instructions from utilities, resulting in a loss of potential generation equivalent to 0.7% of their annual planned output. Despite this, the impact on the company’s projected consolidated performance for the March 2027 fiscal year remains minor.
