Renaissance orporates New Segments Starting March 2027 Quarter

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Renaissance,incorporated (2378.T) announced changes to its reporting segments effective from the fiscal quarter ending March 2027. The decision was made during a board meeting held on August 07, 2026.

The modifications reflect recent acquisitions and strategic shifts outlined in the company’s mid-term plan released on May 08, 2026. Previously, Renaissance reported solely under the “Sports Club Operations” segment. However, with the addition of home fitness and rehabilitation businesses through mergers and acquisitions, and the expansion of its sports club operations, the company decided to enhance transparency and portfolio management.

Starting from the upcoming quarterly report, Renaissance will categorize its business activities into three distinct segments: Sports Clubs and Related Businesses, Home Fitness, and Rehabilitation Services. Each segment will focus on specific areas such as sports club operations, home fitness equipment sales, and specialized rehabilitation services. The restructuring aims to accelerate growth in diversified business lines and improve stakeholder engagement through clearer financial disclosures.
