Renaissance Completes Restricted Share Award Distribution

TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – Renaissance,incorporated (2378.T) completed the distribution of restricted share awards to directors and executive officers. The transaction involved the issuance of ordinary shares totaling 29,646 at a price of ¥992 per share, resulting in a total amount of ¥29.4 million.

The shares were distributed to four non-outsider directors and sixteen executive officers who do not concurrently hold director positions. The resolution was approved during the board meeting held on June 25, 2026.
