Renaissance Adjusts FY27 Mid-Year Forecast Higher Amid Strong Performance
TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Renaissance,incorporated (2378.T) revised its forecast for the six-month period ending September 30, 2026, upward due to strong performance across key operations. The company reported improved sales figures and higher operating profit compared to previous estimates.
According to the latest projections, revenue is expected to reach ¥33.00 billion, while operating profit is anticipated to be ¥700 million. The adjusted forecast also sees an increase in ordinary profit to ¥250 million and net income attributable to parent shareholders rising to ¥100 million per share. This revision reflects positive trends observed since the last update on May 08, 2026.
Specifically, the sports club division saw increased membership fees following price adjustments implemented in October 2025, along with steady growth in new memberships during April and May. Additionally, care and rehabilitation services maintained stable performance throughout the period. Despite these improvements, the company maintains its full-year forecast pending further assessment of newly acquired facilities from Tokyu Sports System Co., Ltd., which began operations in July 2026.
