Relo Group to Issue Paid Stock Options Amid Fourth Olympic Strategy Goals
TOKYO, Aug 06 (Pulse News Wire) – Relo Group,Inc. (8876.T) announced plans to issue paid stock options (subscription rights) to directors and employees of the company and its subsidiaries based on the fourth phase of their mid-term management plan, known as the “Fourth Olympic Strategy.” The strategy aims to achieve sales revenue of ¥200.0 billion and operating profit of ¥50.00 billion by March 2029.
The subscription rights will be offered without requiring shareholder approval due to fair pricing conditions. They will be exercisable only if either consolidated pre-tax income or consolidated operating profit reaches ¥50.00 billion or more in fiscal 2029. The issuance is scheduled for August 28, 2026, with up to 0.024% potential dilution of existing shares. Payments for the subscription rights are due by August 31, 2026, with applications accepted until August 26, 2026.
Subscription rights totaling 363 units will be allocated to ten individuals, including directors, audit committee members, and employees of the company and its subsidiaries. The exercise price per right is set at ¥255. Adjustments to the exercise price will occur based on various factors such as share splits, mergers, and changes in market value. Exercise of these rights will result in capital increases according to defined parameters, with any fractional shares being rounded down.
