Properst Appoints New Board Members for Annual Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 13 (Pulse News Wire) – Properst CO.,LTD. (3236.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to propose seven candidates for non-audit committee member director positions, three candidates for audit committee member director positions, and one candidate for a reserve audit committee member director position at its upcoming 40th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for July 13, 2026.

The proposed non-audit committee members are Masayuki Tsue, Shigeru Tokura, Yoshiaki Yanagawa, Hiroya Tonoshi, Takashi Tamaki, Koichi Hagiwara, and Yoshiki Miura. All except Tonoshi and Tamaki are being reappointed, while Tonoshi and Tamaki are incumbents. For the audit committee member positions, the candidates are Takahiro Akimoto, Katsumi Inoue, and Yoichi Kunisawa.

Both Akimoto and Inoue are currently serving as external audit committee members and will continue in their roles. Additionally, Kunisawa is a newly appointed external auditor. The reserve audit committee member candidate is Tomoya Matsuo, who would serve as an external audit committee member should he be elected.

The meeting is set to take place on August 27, 2026.
