Persol Holdings Faces Antitrust Inspection Over Labor Dispatch Practices

TOKYO, Jun 02 (Pulse News Wire) – Persol Holdings CO.,LTD. (2181.T) reported today that its subsidiary, PERSOL Temp Staffing Co., Ltd., and its grandchild company, PERSOL Excel HR Partners Co., Ltd., received a dawn raid inspection by the Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC).

The inspection was initiated due to suspicions of violations of antitrust laws related to labor dispatch services. Additionally, another subsidiary, MC Partners Co., Ltd., also underwent the inspection.

PERSOL Holdings emphasized their commitment to strict adherence to legal regulations but acknowledged the seriousness of the situation. The company stated they would fully cooperate with the JFTC's investigation.
