Palma Reports Progress on Key Business Metrics for FY2027
TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Palma CO.,LTD. (3461.NG) disclosed key performance indicators (KPIs) for its ongoing fiscal year ending September 2026.
According to the report, the company highlighted three main metrics: self-storage business guarantee service contracts, WEB reservation settlement inventory management system registrations, and call center service contracts. For the self-storage business guarantee service contracts, the target for the fiscal year ending September 2027 is set at 200,000 units. As of June 2026, the number of contracted services stood at 141,981, marking a steady increase compared to previous months. Regarding the WEB reservation settlement inventory management system, known as Claris, the goal for the same fiscal year is 100,000 rooms.
By June 2026, the total number of registered rooms reached 80,507, reflecting continuous growth since October 2025. In addition, the company reported progress on call center service contracts, aiming for 10,000 rooms by the end of September 2027.
