Okamoto Industries Selects New Nomination and Remuneration Committee Members

TOKYO, Jun 26 (Pulse News Wire) – Okamoto Industries,inc. (5122.T) announced changes to its Nomination and Remuneration Committee members effective June 26.

Two external directors stepped down due to term expiration. The committee consists of three or more directors appointed by the board resolution, with a majority being independent outside directors.

The newly appointed members will serve on the committee moving forward.
