NZAM ETF J-Reit Index Distributes Dividends for Four Funds

TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – NZAM ETF J-REIT Index (1595.T) has finalized dividend distributions for four funds, effective July 15, 2026. For the NZAM ETF J-REIT Index, holders will receive ¥1,760 per 100 shares based on the calculation period from April 16, 2026, to July 15, 2026.

Similarly, the NZAM ETF TOPIX Ex-Financials (TICKER_1) will distribute ¥1,740 per 100 shares calculated from January 16, 2026, to July 15, 2026. Additionally, the NZAM ETF J-REIT Core Index (TICKER_2) will distribute ¥1,940 per 100 shares during the same period.

For the overseas bond fund excluding FTSE WGBI (539A), which does not employ currency hedging, the distribution amount is set at ¥4,080 per 100 shares, calculated from March 18, 2026, to July 15, 2026. The dividend payments are scheduled to begin on August 21, 2026.
