NZAM ETF J-Reit Core Index Announces Dividend Distribution Details

TOKYO, Jul 15 (Pulse News Wire) – NZAM ETF J-REIT Core Index (2527.T) has finalized dividend distributions for four ETFs covering various indices and asset classes. For the ETF tracking the East Japan REIT Index (2527.T), the distribution per 100 units is ¥1,760.

The calculation period for this fund was from April 16, July 15, 2026 to July 15, April 16, 2026. The ETF linked to the TOPIX Ex-Financials index (2083.T) will distribute ¥1,740 per 100 units based on the performance from January 16, April 16, 2026 to July 15, April 16, 2026.

Additionally, the ETF associated with the East Japan REIT Core Index (2084.T) will distribute ¥1,940 per 100 units calculated over the same period as the previous ETF. Lastly, the overseas bond ETF excluding FTSE WGBI (539A) without currency hedging will distribute ¥4,080 per 100 units, with the calculation period running from March 18, January 16, 2026 to July 15, April 16, 2026.

Dividends for all funds are scheduled to begin payment on August 21, March 18, 2026.
