No.1 Reappoints Seven Directors for Annual Shareholders Meeting

TOKYO, Apr 20 (Pulse News Wire) – No.1 Co.,ltd (3562.T) announced today that its board of directors has resolved to reappoint seven candidates as directors for the upcoming 37th ordinary shareholders meeting scheduled for April 20, 2026. The current seven directors will complete their terms upon the conclusion of the annual meeting on April 20, 2026.

All seven candidates are up for reappointment: - Tsunemi Takayuki, Representative Director (reappointed) - Kusashima Kyoki, Director (reappointed) - Hisamatsu Chiharu, Director (reappointed) - Hirase Kazuhiro, Director (reappointed) - Takezawa Kaoru, Director (reappointed) - Yoshizaki Koichiro, Outside Director (reappointed) - Shinmura Kazuo, Outside Director (reappointed) Notably, Yoshizaki Koichiro and Shinmura Kazuo meet the criteria set by the Tokyo Stock Exchange for independent directors and have been submitted accordingly.
