Nisshinbo Holdings Early Retirement Program Sees 560 Participants
TOKYO, Jun 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Nisshinbo Holdings Inc. (3105.T) announced the results of its early retirement program implemented as part of restructuring efforts in its microdevice division.
The program targeted employees aged 45 and older across Nisshinbo Microdevices Co., Ltd. and its domestic subsidiaries. A total of 560 individuals, including 175 regular staff members, applied for the program during the recruitment period from February 6, 2026, to April 30, 2026, with their final departure set.
In addition to regular severance benefits, special bonuses and reemployment support services were offered to eligible applicants. The estimated cost associated with the program is approximately June 30, 2026. This expense has already been accounted for as a special loss in the consolidated performance forecast released on December 24, 2025, for the fiscal year ending December 2026.
