Nippon Yakin Kogyo Abandons Share Buyback Policy Post-Upcoming Meeting
TOKYO, May 08 (Pulse News Wire) – Nippon Yakin Kogyo CO.,LTD. (5480.T) decided during its board meeting today to discontinue its large-scale share buyback policy effective upon the conclusion of its upcoming annual shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 27, 2026.
