Nippon Primex Not Joining Accounting Standards Organization
TOKYO, Jun 22 (Pulse News Wire) – NIPPON PRIMEX INC. (2795.T) disclosed that as of March 31, 2026, it had not joined the Public Accounting Foundation.
According to the company’s statement based on Article 409-2 of the Tokyo Stock Exchange Listing Regulations, the firm remains unaffiliated with the organization. Regarding its stance on joining the foundation, NIPPON PRIMEX stated that while recognizing the importance of accurately grasping accounting standards and responding appropriately to changes, the company currently maintains close cooperation with auditing firms and participates in various seminars related to accounting and tax matters.
It also purchases specialized books on management and finance to ensure thorough understanding of any modifications to accounting standards. The company indicated that it would consider joining the Public Accounting Foundation in light of factors such as its corporate size and potential future adoption of IFRS, evaluating the necessity on an ongoing basis.
