Nihon Kagaku Sangyo Announces Management Changes Effective July 1, 2026

TOKYO, Jun 11 (Pulse News Wire) – Nihon Kagaku Sangyo CO.,LTD. (4094.T) announced today that its board of directors has decided on changes to its executive positions effective July 1, 2026.

In the role adjustments, Taichi Aota will transition from his position as Executive Vice President and Director of the Management Department to Executive Vice President and Director of the Management Department and General Affairs Department. Additionally, Kazuhiko Hanezumi will join the company as an executive officer, taking up the role of General Manager of the Management Department.

Kazuhiko Hanezumi's previous position was as a permanent advisor at Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd.
