NEXT Stage Corrects Previous Financing Announcement Due to Error
TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Next Stage CO.,LTD. (359A.T) corrected a previous financing announcement made on July 29 due to a clerical error.
The initial PDF released at 5:00 PM on July 29 was mistakenly titled “Acquisition of Shares of Quarenta Corporation,” instead of the intended “Financing Announcement.” The company has now published the correct document. In the revised announcement, NEXT STAGE disclosed that it resolved to execute a loan agreement during its board meeting held on July 29. The company plans to borrow funds from Iketani Kyushu Bank and Kyoto Bank. The total amount borrowed is ¥100 million ¥30 million. The loan is scheduled to be executed on July 31, 2026, and will have a term of five years.
Both banks will offer variable interest rates without requiring collateral or guarantees. The purpose of the loan includes funding the acquisition of Quarenta Corporation’s shares, which was also approved by the board on July 29. Additionally, the funds will support ongoing operations and future growth investments. Looking ahead, NEXT STAGE anticipates that the impact on its fiscal year ending July 2026 will be minor. However, the company stated that it will promptly disclose any significant developments related to this transaction.
