The transaction was finalized with the signing of a contract on June 12, 2026. The Furalto tax support business, part of NE's Commerce Tech division, had faced challenges due to increased competition from major companies entering the sector. In fiscal 2025, several local government clients terminated their contracts, prompting NE to seek a more stable partner.
