Nagaoka International Subsidiary Secures Major Water Treatment Contract

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Nagaoka International Corporation (6239.T) announced that its subsidiary, Yasawa Feromite Co., Ltd., secured a significant contract for the renovation of water treatment facilities in Sakurai City. The contract was awarded through a bid held on July 29, 2026, with work expected to commence immediately and conclude by March 2028.

The project involves updating equipment at the Kashiwara Water Purification Plant and carries a total value of approximately ¥400 million (including tax). Yasawa Feromite specializes in water treatment solutions, metal fabrication, and maintenance services, operating out of Saitama, Kawaguchi Shi Honchou 4-1-8.

The company's capital stands at ¥50 million. Nagaoka International holds a majority stake of 100% in Yasawa Feromite.

Looking ahead, the firm expects this contract to contribute positively to its fiscal year ending June 2027 earnings forecast previously disclosed in its interim report for the fiscal year ended June 2026.
