TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Human Metabolome Technologies,inc. (6090.T) announced today that its board of directors has approved the introduction of a restricted share grant program aimed at enhancing human capital investment and boosting long-term performance and shareholder value.
The initiative, part of the company's five-year mid-term business plan TIAD6 (.6), seeks to reduce employee turnover while fostering a sense of participation among staff members who will align their perspectives with those of shareholders and investors. Additionally, the program aims to promote economic benefits through sustained increases in stock prices, contributing to overall corporate growth.
Under the new scheme, eligible employees will receive ordinary shares of the company. The total number of shares anticipated to be granted initially ranges from approximately 6,000 to 12,000.
