Miyoshi Oil & Fat Authorises 500 Million Yen Share Repurchase with Cancellation

TOKYO, Aug 06 (Pulse News Wire) – Miyoshi Oil & Fat has authorised a share repurchase programme capped at 500 Million Yen (2.5% of issued shares excluding treasury).

Acquisitions will be conducted via on-market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Acquired shares are slated for cancellation following programme completion.

Miyoshi Oil & Fat cited enhancing shareholder value as the rationale for the action.
