Mirai Corp Reports June Revenue for Variable-Rate Hotel Properties

– MIRAI Corporation (3476.T) disclosed the operational performance of its variable-rate hotel properties for June 2026. The company reported an occupancy rate of 79%, Average Daily Rate (ADR) of ¥7,901, and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) of ¥6,207 across five hotels.

Total revenue stood at ¥142 million. Individual property performances varied. The Osaka Tennoji Smile Hotel saw an occupancy rate of 60%, ADR of ¥5,590, and RevPAR of ¥3,343, contributing ¥13 million to total revenue.

Similarly, the Kyoto Umeda Smile Hotel had an occupancy rate of 96%, ADR of ¥5.556 billion, and RevPAR of ¥5.327 billion, generating ¥18 million in sales. According to the Japan National Tourism Organization, foreign visitor arrivals decreased by 6.8% in June compared to the previous year due to travel restrictions by Chinese tourists and flight cancellations caused by typhoons. However, increased demand during holidays and school vacations led to higher visitation rates in regions such as Taiwan, South Korea, India, Vietnam, and parts of Europe and North America.

Despite challenges faced by some properties, others benefited from an increase in international guests, resulting in mixed impacts on overall performance.
