Metaplanet Reports No Exercise of Warrants in July
TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Metaplanet Inc. (3350.T) reported that no shares were delivered through the exercise of its 27th series warrants during July 2026.
The warrants, which were issued to EVO FUND on April 01, 2026, had a total issuance of 1,000,000 units but saw no exercises in the month of July. As of July 31, 2026, there were still 94,730,000 unexercised warrants outstanding. Details of warrant exercises in July showed no transfers or self-held shares involved. The exercise price was adjusted monthly based on the previous trading day's closing price, subject to a minimum exercise price clause.
On June 30, 2026, due to procedures set by the Securities Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, adjustments to the exercise price were suspended for the record date and the day prior. As of July 31, 2026, the total number of issued ordinary shares stood at 1,281,308,624. Additionally, the company adhered to listing regulations concerning exercise limitations, maintaining compliance with the ratio requirements stipulated in Article 434 of the listing rules.
