TOKYO, May 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Marvelous Inc. (7844.T) resolved today to appoint a new auditor ahead of its upcoming shareholders meeting scheduled for June 23, 2026.

At a board meeting held on May 21, the company decided to propose the appointment of Toyo Shikashi Kenja Jimu (Toyo Audit Firm) as the new auditor during the 29th regular shareholders meeting. The decision follows a comprehensive evaluation of audit firms based on factors such as suitability for the company's business scale and operating environment, reasonable audit fees, independence, and quality management systems. As a result, Toyo Audit Firm was deemed the appropriate candidate. Current auditor PwC Japan Co., Ltd.

Will conclude its term upon the conclusion of the shareholders meeting on June 23, 2026. PwC Japan Co., Ltd. has maintained a robust system ensuring accurate and appropriate audits throughout its tenure but did not meet the criteria set by the company’s recent review process.
