Link-U Group Moves to Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market
TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – Link-U Group Inc. (4446.T) announced today that it received approval from the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) to move its listing from the TSE's Prime Shijou to the Standard Market effective July 2, 2026.
In conjunction with this change, the company withdrew its plan aimed at meeting the Prime Market’s maintenance standards, which was initially submitted on December 22, 2021. Subsequent updates on progress toward meeting these criteria were disclosed on October 27, 2022, December 14, 2022, March 14, 2025, October 29, 2025, and April 3, 2026. Despite this shift, the company’s growth strategy and management policies remain unchanged.
Going forward, Link-U Group will continue to focus on global expansion and enhancing liquidity and corporate governance through capital policy initiatives. The company remains committed to improving enterprise value and aims to requalify for the Prime Market in the long term.
