TOKYO, Jun 30 (Pulse News Wire) – KOIKE-YA Inc. (2226.T) disclosed that its parent company, Nissin Food Holdings Co., Ltd., holds 45.12% of its voting rights as of March 31, 2026.

The companies maintain a cooperative relationship across development, marketing, procurement, production, and sales activities through a business and capital alliance agreement. As of March 31, 2026, five out of six directors of KOIKE-YA Inc. hold concurrent positions within Nissin Food Holdings Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, ensuring mutual respect for independence while fostering close collaboration for continuous growth and performance enhancement.

In addition, KOIKE-YA Inc. has accepted three employees from Nissin Foods Co., Ltd. to leverage their expertise in food operations. The company ensures fair and transparent transactions with Nissin Food Group by pre-approving significant deals through independent audit committees and advisory boards, safeguarding shareholder interests.
