Kobayashi YOKO Reports July Commodity Futures Trading Volume Down 8.3%

TOKYO, Aug 04 (Pulse News Wire) – Kobayashi Yoko CO.,LTD. (8742.T) reported its monthly commodity futures trading volume for July 2026.

According to the preliminary figures, the total trading volume decreased by 8.3% compared to June, reaching 4,229 contracts. In detail, precious metals trading saw a decline from 4,483 contracts in June to 4,112 contracts in July. Energy markets also experienced a drop, falling from 115 contracts in June to 105 contracts in July.

Other categories remained stable at 12 contracts throughout the month. For financial instruments, the overall trading volume increased slightly to 109,467 contracts in July, up from 105,705 contracts in April. However, there was a slight decrease from June's high of 109,467 contracts back down to 109,467 contracts in July.

The company noted that these figures represent customer transactions only and exclude open positions adjustments.
