Kitahama Capital Partners Corrects Loan Announcement Details
TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – Kitahama Capital Partners CO.,LTD. (2134.T) corrected parts of its July 31 loan announcement related to a local entity in Azerbaijan.
The correction was made due to unclear wording in the initial statement. In the revised version, the company clarified that the lease rights for the agricultural land in question, located across three villages in Azerbaijan—Kish, Gokmug, and Baltar—are set to expire by the end of 2068.
The total area spans 579.71 hectares, with approximately 240 hectares already cultivated. UNIFY AZE holds the rights to this land along with associated assets such as warehouses and farming equipment, which are used for cultivating tobacco leaves and exporting processed products primarily to Europe.
The corrections aim to improve clarity regarding the duration of the leases and the operational plans of UNIFY AZE.
