Karadanote Expands Shareholder Benefits Program to Include Donations to Child Cafeteria Support Center

Starting from the distribution of digital gifts based on the rights determination date of July 31, 2026, eligible shareholders holding at least 10 units of shares will be able to allocate their annual benefit amount of ¥15 million per benchmark day, totaling ¥30 million annually, towards donations. This initiative builds upon the company's commitment to enhance shareholder engagement and support social causes aligned with its mission of promoting family health and well-being through pregnancy, childbirth, and healthcare applications. By adding this donation option, KARADANOTE aims to foster shared societal impact alongside its business operations, thereby increasing the significance of shareholding.

The selected nonprofit organization, supports child cafeterias across Japan, addressing food security and community integration for children. As part of this expanded program, KARADANOTE will act as the donor, transferring funds designated by shareholders to. However, shareholders will not qualify for tax deductions related to these contributions.

In terms of financial impact, the additional expenses associated with this expansion will remain within the previously disclosed budget for shareholder benefits, ensuring no adverse effects on operating profit or overall performance forecasts.
