Jvckenwood Announces New Management Structure Post-Election

TOKYO, Jun 24 (Pulse News Wire) – JVCKENWOOD Corporation (6632.T) held its 18th regular shareholders' meeting on June 24, where seven directors were elected, excluding audit committee members. Following the meeting, the board appointed representatives, establishing a new management structure effective immediately.

Additionally, internal auditor Naoya Kurahara and external auditors Tetsuya Fujio, Takau Inomura, and Yasuko Obakawa were also selected. Regarding executive officers, the structure remains unchanged since April 1, 2026.

Key appointments include Shojiro Ekimoto as president and CEO, Akira Suzuki as president and COO, and Masatoshi Miyamoto as deputy president and CFO.
