JTEC Amends Financial Year End and Articles of Incorporation

TOKYO, Jul 13 (Pulse News Wire) – JTEC Corporation (3446.T) amended its previous notice regarding changes to the fiscal year-end and partial revisions to the articles of incorporation. The corrections address omissions in previously disclosed information.

The amendments include: 1. The 34th fiscal year will now run from July 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, deviating from the general rule outlined in Article 39. 2.

The term of directors elected at the 33rd Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, will extend until the conclusion of the next annual meeting related to the 34th fiscal year. 3. The interim dividend payment for the 34th fiscal year will use July 10, 2026, as the record date, according to Article 41, Clause 2.

Additionally, the amendment notes that the supplementary provisions will be removed following the conclusion of the annual shareholders’ meeting concerning the 34th fiscal year.
