Jp-Holdings Updates Board Composition Post Annual Meeting

TOKYO, Jun 26 (Pulse News Wire) – Jp-holdings,inc. (2749.T) finalized its board composition.

The company appointed Takeishi Tetsu as President and Representative Director, along with six new external directors: Tsushi Kenji, Kashiwagi Ryōfū, Sazaki Yasumine, Gotoda Yukiko, Robert Anthony Crisol Salazar, and Yoshino Tomoki. Additionally, two new independent audit committee members, Sumimoto Kazuyuki and Ida Shunpei, joined the board.

The existing board includes internal director and Audit Committee member Seki Hiroyuki, alongside returning independent directors Itami Shunpei, Taketani Akihito, and Sumimoto Kazuyuki. The changes aim to strengthen governance and oversight within the organization.
