Jp-Holdings Announces Successful 34th Annual General Meeting Results

TOKYO, Jun 26 (Pulse News Wire) – Jp-holdings,inc. (2749.T) announced the results of its 34th annual general meeting held .

All agenda items were approved as originally proposed. The first item addressed the distribution of surplus funds, which was passed according to the initial proposal.

Additionally, seven non-audit committee directors and four audit committee directors were elected as per the original proposals.
