Jp-Holdings Extends Commitment Line Agreement Until Sept 30, 2027
TOKYO, Jul 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Jp-holdings,inc. (2749.T) announced today that its board of directors has extended the commitment line agreement originally signed on September 26, 2023, until September 30, 2027.
As of now, there are no outstanding borrowings under this agreement. The extension ensures flexible and stable funding for future business expansion needs.
The initial agreement was concluded with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation on September 26, 2023, with a borrowing limit of 1489 million yen. It had a term from September 29, 2023, to September 30, 2026, with four renewal options.
The agreement includes participation from several financial institutions such as Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Yokohama Bank, Chiba Bank, Aozora Bank, Shinkin Central Bank, and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank.
