Intloop to Establish Two Subsidiaries Focusing on DX Consulting and Professional Services

TOKYO, Aug 03 (Pulse News Wire) – INTLOOP Inc. (9556.T) announced today that it will establish two subsidiaries, INTLOOP Technology & Transformation Co., Ltd.

And INTLOOP Professionals Co., Ltd., effective August 17, 2026. INTLOOP Technology & Transformation will specialize in DX consulting and system development, while INTLOOP Professionals will focus on providing professional talent services. Both subsidiaries aim to enhance customer value and operational efficiency through specialized expertise and flexible service offerings.

The capital investment for each subsidiary is expected to total ¥10 million and ¥10 million, respectively. The establishment of these subsidiaries aligns with INTLOOP's long-term strategic plan "VISION2030," focusing on strengthening governance within the group and enhancing operational effectiveness. Each entity will operate independently, fostering clear responsibility and decision-making processes, and promoting sustainable growth.
