Intloop to Boost Holdings in Dix Holdings Amid Strategic Expansion
TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – INTLOOP Inc. (9556.T) announced today that its board of directors had approved the additional acquisition of shares in Dix Holdings Co., Ltd., increasing its stake from 58.3% to 84.7%.
This move aims to strengthen collaboration within the group and enhance service offerings across consulting, IT infrastructure, and system design. Dix Holdings, established on August 6, 1998, provides services ranging from network construction to IT talent solutions. Since joining INTLOOP's group in September 2023, Dix Holdings has played a crucial role in expanding and implementing the company’s solutions. With this increased shareholding, INTLOOP intends to further integrate Dix Holdings' implementation capabilities with its own consulting expertise, driving higher-value services.
Key figures show Dix Holdings’ total assets stood at ¥4.151 billion as of March 2026, with operating profit reaching ¥714 million and net income at ¥299 million. The company maintains its current management structure, with Motoo Tobea continuing as CEO and representative director. INTLOOP respects Dix Holdings' existing policies while enhancing synergies through closer cooperation. The transaction is expected to close on August 3, 2026, with minimal anticipated impact on INTLOOP's performance.
