Ichinen Holdings Reorganizes Structure and Appoints New Executives Effective Oct 1

TOKYO, Aug 05 (Pulse News Wire) – Ichinen Holdings CO.,LTD. (9619.T) announced organizational reforms and executive appointments effective October 1, 2026.

Key changes include the establishment of a Corporate Governance Department and an Overseas Business Development Division led directly by the president. Additionally, the company appointed several new executives, such as Tsukane Saijo as Executive Officer and Special Mission Manager at Ichinen Access. In related moves, Ichinen Holdings also made personnel adjustments within its management structure, promoting Yoshi Fujioka to General Manager of the Management Second Headquarters and Hiroyuki Yamada to Legal Affairs Manager from his previous role as Legal Affairs Section Chief.
