Ichinen Holdings Reveals Mitsubishi Agri Services Acquisition Price Details

TOKYO, May 26 (Pulse News Wire) – Ichinen Holdings CO.,LTD. (9619.T) disclosed additional details regarding the acquisition prices of shares in Mitsubishi Agri Service Co., Ltd. and MC Ferticom Co., Ltd.

On April 3, 2026, Ichinen Holdings entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire shares in Mitsubishi Agri Service Co., Ltd. and MC Ferticom Co., Ltd.

The disclosure values the Mitsubishi Agri Service acquisition at ¥439 million, taking Ichinen’s voting stake from zero to 6,000 shares or 100.0% of the target. A parallel acquisition of MC Ferticom Co., Ltd. (エムシー・ファーティコム) was valued at ¥2,794 million, lifting Ichinen’s voting stake there from zero to 1,089,481 shares or 93.16%. Both transactions list advisory fees as still to be determined.

In its statement, Ichinen Holdings noted that further impacts on its fiscal year 2027 consolidated performance due to these acquisitions will be promptly disclosed should significant developments arise.
