Ichiken Sells Real Estate Trust Beneficial Rights Before FY2026 End

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Ichiken CO.,LTD. (1847.T) announced today that its board of directors approved the sale of real estate trust beneficial rights.

The transaction involves properties located at 703, 702, 705, and 706 in Tokyo, Minato Ku Akasaka San Choume, with a total floor area of 2384.56 square meters and a land area of 443.84 square meters. The contract is scheduled to be finalized on August 20, 2026, with delivery expected on September 01, 2026. While the final price remains confidential due to agreements with the buyer, it is anticipated to be less than 10% of the previous fiscal year's consolidated revenue.

The sale is projected to impact ordinary profit by more than 30%. There are no significant capital, personal, or transactional relationships between Ichiken and the buyer. This move aligns with the company’s vision outlined in the Vision 2,035 Mid-Term Business Plan ().
