Ichigo Office REIT Investment Reports Portfolio Occupancy Rates for July 2026

– Ichigo Office REIT Investment Corporation (8975.T) reported portfolio occupancy rates for July 2026. As of July 31, 2026, the overall occupancy rate increased to 97.5% from 97.3% as of June 30, 2026.

The office property occupancy rate rose to 97.5% from 97.3%. Notably, the occupancy rate improved in central Tokyo districts but declined in major cities outside Tokyo due to tenant terminations at Ichigo Nagoya Building. Additionally, the sale of four properties—Ichigo Hanzomon Building, Ichigo Nishikita Building, Ichigo Kudan Building, and Ichigo Ningencho Building—on July 17, 2026, reduced the total number of properties to 83 from 87. Tenant count also decreased by 24 to 1,008.

In efforts to enhance asset value and profitability, Ichigo Office successfully leased approximately 106 square meters at Ichigo Seisaka Building in Minato Ward, Tokyo. The lease agreement resulted in a rental income increase of 136% compared to previous levels, boosting the building's occupancy rate to 100%. This achievement underscores the effectiveness of Ichigo’s shinchiku approach in enhancing asset competitiveness and revenue potential. Ichigo Office remains committed to improving tenant satisfaction through continuous renovations and will continue to focus on sustainable investment value enhancement.
