TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Ichigo Office REIT Investment Corporation (8975.T) completed the asset transfer of four properties—Ichigo Hanzomon Building, Ichigo Nishikitaiga Building, Ichigo Kudan Building, and Ichigo Ningyocho Building—as previously announced on June 10, 2026. The transferred assets consist of real estate trust beneficiary rights and real estate, with total transaction prices amounting to ¥4.210 billion, ¥1.160 billion, ¥6.200 billion, and ¥2.650 billion. The contracts were finalized on June 10, 2026, and the transfers were completed.
